My case is that I made a deposit 5 days ago to the broker Welltrade through the payment gateway they have on their website, and I still don't have the balance in my account. The emails listed on their page don't work. The only way to contact them is through customer support at info, but they don't provide any solution. They also don't have a phone number. How can I report this broker?

Mi caso es que hice un depósito hace 5 días al broker Welltrade a través de la pasarela de pago que tienen en su página y todavía no tengo el saldo en la cuenta. Los correos que tienen en su página no sirven. solo puede uno comunicarse al de info al cliente y allí no me dan ninguna solución. tampoco tienen número telefónico. Como puedo denunciar a este broker?
