EBC's account types are very confusing. Whether it's Standard, Premium, or Professional accounts, each type has different rules regarding spreads, fees, and leverage. Finding the right account for you is extremely difficult. When I contacted customer service, they didn't explain clearly—just told me to choose the more expensive option. It feels like they're just trying to make me spend more money without considering my actual needs.
