Honestly, the offers are too few to be very appealing. New users get a $20 bonus upon opening an account, which can be withdrawn after a certain number of trades. There aren't many promotions during the week, and only a few discounts on commissions during holidays, but they're not very substantial. The last Christmas promotion only offered a maximum discount of 10%, which isn't as generous as other platforms and isn't very appealing.
