I have been trading on the HTFX platform for over a year. Before July, withdrawal requests were processed normally, with funds arriving either on the same day or within three days at the latest. The efficiency wasn't high, but at least the money would come through. However, the withdrawal request approved on July 22 still hadn't been transferred by the platform as of August 4. HTFX's customer service repeatedly responded with, 'We have already urged the finance department to expedite your withdrawal request. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.' This same reply was given to me for eight consecutive days, with minimal results. I have reason to suspect that this company is no longer operating properly. I hope to be treated fairly and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. If my rights continue to be ignored and I still cannot withdraw my funds, then I chose the wrong platform—I was deceived by HTFX. As for the withheld funds, I’ll just consider it as some people at HTFX taking the fall for me, haha.
