The customer service team provides quite good multilingual support. Besides Chinese and English, you can also find representatives who speak Southeast Asian languages. I once helped a Southeast Asian customer open an account. The customer didn't understand much English, so I tried contacting a customer service representative in their local language. Surprisingly, the staff could communicate smoothly and clearly explain the account opening process. However, the online operating hours for customer service in these languages are limited, available only on weekdays. On weekends, communication is only possible in English. Extending the operating hours for these languages would likely make it easier for foreign users.
