My account does not reflect what I had

I had 452.46 I was buying in gold and suddenly it froze, it didn't let me invest anymore. I opened the broker and it doesn't show my money, it shows as 0. Please help me solve my problem, I need my money to be unfrozen so I can withdraw it because I still plan to keep working with Bridge Markets.

Tenía 452.46 estaba comprando en oro y de un momento a otro se congelo no me dejó invertir más, abrí el brocket y no me refleja el dinero me sale que está en 0 porfavor ayúdenme a solucionar mi problema necesito que me descongelen el dinero para poder retirarlo por que igual pienso seguir trabajando con Bridge Markets.
