After reading many reviews of this platform and using a demo account, I decided to open an account. The flexible spread structure and options I've found work well for my various strategies. However, the low spreads I've been promised are generally average and haven't been particularly effective.

Reply: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you very much for your feedback. We greatly appreciate your attention to detail. However, we offer two types of accounts: Standard Account STD and Professional Account PRO. The Standard Account STD offers floating spreads. For example, the XAU/USD spread is around 16-20 pips. The order distance is 50 pips. The Professional Account PRO offers low spreads with a commission of only $6 per lot. For example, if the XAU/USD spread is around 6-10 pips, a $6 commission will be added. There are no order distance restrictions.
