Die Kontoeröffnung war schon sehr kompliziert, und das Einloggen ist ebenfalls schwierig. Im Vergleich zu den Apps der Schweizer Banken ist die Plattform sehr kompliziert zu bedienen. Ich wollte das Konto schließen, aber der Restbetrag von etwa 460 Franken wartet seit Monaten. Heute hat mich der Kundendienst ernsthaft nach meiner letzten Arbeitstätigkeit vor fünf Jahren gefragt, obwohl ich seit fünf Jahren in Rente bin! Ich frage mich, wie Swissquote den Namen meines Arbeitgebers von vor fünf Jahren wissen kann. Das ist doch eine Frage des Datenschutzes, oder? Und was haben diese Fragen mit der Schließung meines Kontos zu tun?
