At first, they made all sorts of promises about how stable the strategies were and how strict the risk control was. They constantly texted me on WeChat, urging me to open an account. On June 20, I opened an account on the HTFX platform and deposited 2500u. It was a Friday, and they made a few trades that day. Then came the weekend, and by the morning of the 23rd, which was a Monday, my account had completely tanked. There was no risk control or stop-loss action as promised. They kept increasing positions against the market trend. The 2500u account ended up carrying more than one contract, and quickly blew up. When I told the salesperson to help me close the position, they told me they couldn't, and that we would have to wait for the risk control team to do it. However, before I joined the platform, they told me they would usually stop loss and close the position at around 500u. On the day of the deposit, I confirmed this issue of the stop loss and was told that the strategy I followed had a 500u stop loss. But when it was really time to stop loss, they didn't close the position and kept adding more. I had no choice but to quickly close one position manually when I saw it was about to tank, barely holding onto a little over 300u. Many of their customers' accounts were completely busted, leaving me with just over 360u from my 2500u account in a day and a half after joining their platform. I expect the platform to defend my rights and recover my losses.
