The agents of the HTFX forex platform often send me screenshots of profitable orders, enticing me to open an account and deposit money. They claim I can open an account under their name, follow their system orders, and earn 15% to 25% monthly returns. They said there is risk control and a stop loss for every order, and the stop loss for their 985 strategy is $500. So, on June 20, 2025, I opened an MT4 account under their agent: 2882801, server: HTFXVULTD-Live, deposited $2500. The agent said if they traded on the platform, my account could follow. The first two days were fairly stable. On the third day, I found the account had gained five to six hundred dollars. But they didn't stop loss as the agent had promised, instead they kept opening more short positions. A $2500 account ended up opening 1.12 lots. They didn't stop loss immediately when the market kept going down, but chose to carry and add positions. I remembered the agent said I could stop following, but when I asked for it, they said MT4 doesn't have a single click to close all positions feature. But clearly, before and on the day I registered, the agent said I could stop at any time. A $2500 account opening 1.12 lots, how much price fluctuation can it withstand? As a professional forex trader, wouldn't they know this basic knowledge? Why did the promised $500 stop loss turn into no stop loss, with the final excuse that there was no time to react? Is this reasonable?... On the third day I deposited, the account was blown up. I have every reason to suspect that this platform uses large numbers of orders to blow up customer's accounts, then benefits from the customer's loss. My demand is simple, return my money. Otherwise, I will call the police and report this platform for fraud.
