Last Wednesday, January 15th in the afternoon, my GBP/USD position with Axi was not closed at the stop-loss point and instead experienced slippage of over 40 pips, closing at the day's lowest point for GBP/USD. This led to significant losses. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Axi has refused to compensate. What should I do?

上周三1月15日下午，我的英镑/美元的单被Axi忽略止损并滑点40多点导致爆仓！！

上周三一月15号下午Axi公司没有按照我的止损平仓英镑/美元，滑点四十多点，平仓到当天的英镑/美元的最低点。导致损失惨重，有同样经历的朋友吗？Axi拒绝赔偿。咋办？
