During the time that their audit was taking place in the US, Newrgy Imex promised to reopen the withdrawal option for all users. However, on the specified day (August 16, 2024), the requests were frozen due to a federal tax payment issue. After investigating the matter, myself and other users discovered that the payment was not directed to the US government offices, but to the Newrgy platform. The funds remain frozen and there are threats of sanctions and permanent account freezing. Imposibilidad de retiro de mi cuenta en Newrgy

Durante el tiempo que duró su auditoría en EU, Newrgy Imex prometió reabrir a todos los usuarios la opción de retiro pero, al llegar el día indicado (16 de agosto de 2024), las solicitudes fueron congeladas por un asunto de pago de impuestos federales. Al investigar un poco sobre el tema yo y otros usuarios nos enteramos que dicha forma de pago no se dirigía a las oficinas gubernamentales de Estados Unidos, sino a la plataforma de Newrgy. Los fondos siguen congelados y se amenaza con sanciones y congelamiento permanente de la cuenta. Esperando contar con su ayuda para desbloquear los fondos retenidos a mí y a otros usuarios de newrgy quienes somos pequeños inversionistas. Saludos fraternales.
