鑫圣外汇平台，出金不给到银行的汇率标准出金，当天的各大银行的汇率是6.94的汇率，他们只给到6.84在汇款时暗中扣取手续费的。但是致电联系也不给出合理和公平的处理。我认为是黑平台。
