Yet, after waiting another 48 hours, the funds still hadn’t arrived. I repeatedly emailed them but received no response—not even a clear acknowledgment. Sending multiple emails with no reply is essentially a red flag for fraud. My principal and profits are still tied up in the account, and now they’re refusing to process withdrawals. The account balance is $14,043. This platform is clearly shady, and the account manager is unreliable—always saying they’ll 'follow up' but never responding to emails. What’s the point of telling me to email if they don’t reply? I demand a reasonable explanation and immediate processing of my withdrawal.
