On November 4, 2021, I was repeatedly contacted by a salesperson on the兴业投资 platform, who invited me to open an account and deposit $20,000 under the promotion of gifts and bonuses. During this period, the platform's server was extremely slow, frequently experiencing freezing, slippage, and delayed order closures. Despite multiple profitable withdrawal requests, the salesperson blocked them under various excuses, and the promised gifts were never delivered. On the day of an unexpected event, the platform failed to close positions, and the website became inaccessible, preventing further deposits, which led to a margin call and severe losses. Emails to the platform went unanswered, and contacting the salesperson proved futile. Now, I demand regulatory authorities to investigate whether the platform is properly regulated and provide proof, as well as compensate for the losses. After contacting customer service, my account was disabled.
