In October, I traded a few hundred lots. Now there are 170,000 zdu in my account. In ZFX, the exchange rate between zdu and zds is 1:1. Finally, when converted to USD, it can be exchanged for a little over 20,000. But I asked customer service several times and got different answers. They initially said it would be automatically converted next month, then they said it would depend on the profit or loss, and finally they said it was the old zdu and that it wouldn't be exchanged after the new system update in November. I don't know if this is deceiving traders. The customer service doesn't understand how this works.
