The platform's response was that there was an error in choosing the payment channel and that the payment provider attempted to withdraw the funds. Despite numerous negotiations, there has been no resolution. However, public records reveal that the funds from that wallet were transferred in batches by Tickmill on April 26, 2024, indicating that the funds were misappropriated but never credited to my trading account. After I sent screenshots of the evidence to Tickmill, customer service immediately responded saying they would refund me but it would take some time.
