No permitan retirar mi dinero

Ellos por error duplicaron los fondos de varias cuentas y para poder retirar solicitan invertir nuevamente el mismo valor, de lo contrario lo que ya tenía en el broker anteriormente no lo puedo retirar. Al momento de dar en retirar sale "Fuera de horario de retiro" es decir que está inhabilitado he intentado a toda hora.
