Good afternoon, since yesterday I wanted to make a withdrawal on the Deleno platform and it was not approved. According to them, due to an update where the money I had was doubled and I must return the surplus, but they do not say where it should be returned. And that is the reason why they maintain that they do not let any user withdraw. I do not think it is the right thing for them to refuse to use my money, due to an error that they themselves created.

No puedo retirar mi dinero

Buenas tardes, desde el día de ayer quise hacer un retiro en la plataforma Deleno y no fue aprobado, según ellos por una actualización donde el dinero que yo tenía se duplicó y debo devolver el excedente, pero no dicen donde se debe de devolver. Y es la razón donde ellos se sostienen para no dejar retirar a ningún usuario, no creo que sea lo correcto que nieguen a usar mi dinero, por un error que ellos mismos crearon.
