After that, a mail was sent to them and the problem was refused to be solved. Frankly, I do not know exactly what to do with this company. Also, there is a difference between us in the balance. Equity & balance There is fraud in customer accounts. The account also has a balance and a message appeared stating that there is no balance in the account. I communicated with them a lot and they refused to solve the problems.

عدام التعامل مع هذا الشركة

عند غلق الصفقات الصفقات رفضت الاغلاق مما ادي الي خسارة مبلغ ١٤٥٠ دولار وتم عمل تسجيل لهم وتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء ورفضوا حل المشكلة وبعد كدة تم إرسال بريد لهم وتم رفض حل المشكلة بصراحة مش عارف اعمل اي بظبط مع هذا الشركة كذلك يوجد اختلاف ما بينا رصيد Equity & balance يوجد تلاعب في حسابات العملاء كذلك الحساب به رصيد وظهرت رسالة ان لا يوجد رصيد في الحساب تواصلت كتير معهم وهما رفضين حل المشاكل
