I currently have a broker group account, which has funds of more than 3,000 dollars, from which I cannot withdraw because there is no withdrawal option. I have been trying to withdraw this money since 2022, since Omegapro existed. Until now, I have never received an email for identity validation or withdrawal of my funds.

Actualmente tengo una cuenta de broker group, la cual cuenta con fondos de mas de 3000 dolares, de los cuales no puedo retirar debido a que no existe la opcion de retiro, llevo desde el 2022, desde que existia omegapro, tratando de retirar este dinero, hasta ahora nunca a llegado un correo para la validacion de identidad o retiro de mis fondos.
