Hi, I have an investment in Omega Pro, but the money was transferred to another platform called (BROKER GROUP). The platform does not allow you to request the withdrawal of the money, it says that they will contact you but nothing happens. Attached screenshots as evidence. I also have money that totals more than 20,000 dollars. The estimated withdrawal time has already passed and they won't let me withdraw, please help me.

saludos,tengo una inversión en omega pro, pero el dinero lo pasaron para otra plataforma que se llama (BROKER GROUP)la plataforma no deja solicitar el retiro del dinero, dice que se pondrán en contacto pero nada pasa y así como tengo este dinero que envió pantallazos como evidencia también tengo dinero que suma mas de 20.000 dolares . Él tiempo estimado de retiro ya se cumplió y no me dejan retirar, por favor me pueden ayudar.
