Hello how are you? I'm trying to withdraw money from team validus and it won't let me. I invested 250 usd in one account and 50 usd in each other. Supposedly I could withdraw and it won't let me. I have the money in the Gift Wallet and there is no way to transfer it anywhere other than sending it from account to account. I need to recover the money invested.

Hola cómo estás? Estoy tratando de retirar el dinero de team validus y no me deja. Invertí 250 usd en una cuenta y en otras 2, 50 usd en cada una. Supuestamente podría retirar y no me deja. Tengo el dinero en la gift Wallet y no hay manera de transferirlo a ningún lugar salvo enviarlo de cuenta a cuenta. Necesito recuperar el dinero invertido.
