On November 23, 2022, at 9:30 p.m., four orders in my account 30044975 and account 30049896 were executed at prices that were not there, resulting in a liquidation of the account. Order numbers: 13956853, 13957214, 13956854, 13957215. The gold transaction prices are 1756.33 and 1756.02. The current highest price of gold on this platform is 1751.71, and there is no price of 1756 at all. Other platforms show that the highest price of gold at 21:30 is only around 1740, and the price of 1751 has never been reached. Please customer service help me claim!

2022年11月23日，晚上9点30分，我的账户30044975和账户30049896共四个订单被按照没有的价格成交，导致账户爆仓，订单编号：13956853，13957214，13956854，13957215，单子交易的是黄金成交价格1756.33和1756.02，该平台目前黄金价格最高价显示为1751.71，根本没有1756这个价格，其他平台上显示21：30黄金最高价仅为1740左右，也没有到过1751的价格。请客服帮助我索赔！
