I applied for a withdrawal on June 28, and was informed on June 29 that the withdrawal was successful. The email told me that it would take 2-4 working days. Because I needed money urgently, I asked if it could be expedited within two working days. I was then asked for bank details, which I also sent. 4 working days have passed, I sent an email to inquire about the situation and there was no reply or explanation. There is no other way to communicate other than email consultation. It is really disturbing, and I have lost confidence in such an attitude, so I would recommend it to my friends with caution.
