This incident has been almost three months. I had kept communication about the withdrawal with MultiBank during this period and it had not solved till now. The solution that MultiBank offered before was to withdraw RMB that equivalent to 1000 dollars or via wire transfer. I tried both of them, but had not received the money. My request is simple.
