MultiBank Group has delayed the withdrawal application of Chinese users for more than 40 days; the current solution offered by the official website customer service is "USD wire transfer"; for Chinese users, this solution is uesless; 1. It requires the sender to provide proof of the source of funds for every entry of US dollars for Chinese domestic bank card; but MultiBank Group cannot provide proof and it means that even if the funds are sent in US dollars, the funds cannot be deposit to the bank card in China and the funds will be returned; 2. Chinese citizens can receive a maximum of 50000 dollars each year; hence, if the investment account amount exceeds 50,000 U.S. dollars, it is not possible to send money (just as my account amount exceeds 100,000 U.S. dollars) and it is mandatory that Chinese users cannot use the overseas bank card opened by themselves. As a result, large withdrawals could not be received at all; Summary: MultiBank Group has no sincerity to solve the problem and deliberately delayed the withdrawal needs of Chinese users, which caused great harm to both their brand and Chinese users.
