Multibank won't give me a withdrawal

I applied for withdrawal on October 14, 2021. 33507939 withdrew 10000 USD, 33510252 withdrew 11607 USD and 333507528 withdrew 2551 USD. The total amount is 24158 USD. So far, on November 6, 2021, the money has not yet arrived. Customer service has procrastinated and never dealt with it.
