I kept the evidence by a video screen capture and contacted the superior agent. But the problem hasn’t been solved until forced liquidation. The one thing that we should notice is that I can close positions after my account was wiped out. Besides US30, I can’t close XAU/USD, either. What’s more, the quote of US30 is far from the price of the actual quote. The trend is totally different. I’ve compared the quote with other quotes, I suspect the quote in this platform is not accurate. I require that the platform should give me the profit of US30 because the issues about unable to withdraw and inaccurate quote.
