This caused my balance to unfairly decline, leading to losses. When I submitted a complaint and attached supporting evidence, my complaint was ignored, with only general excuses like "operator error" given, with no attempt to explain or substantiate the issue in detail. If you value honesty and transparency, you should look for a more trustworthy broker.
