Beware: Funds Not Safe with Tradeview Markets Tradeview Markets arbitrarily removed $62,000 USD from my trading account, citing an alleged old “credit balance” that had already been settled with my account manager, Michael Turck. No proof, calculation, or proper due process was provided. When I questioned the deduction, my inquiries were ignored, and Michael Turck — who had managed my account — blocked me on WhatsApp, cutting off all communication. To access my remaining funds after this unlawful deduction, Tradeview forced me to sign an agreement under duress, forbidding me from disclosing their actions or pursuing legal remedies — with the clear threat that I would lose the rest of my money if I refused. This coercive and unethical practice shows that Tradeview can act without accountability, remove your funds unilaterally, and silence you through pressure tactics. Avoid this broker and withdraw you fund asap.

This review, along with others referring to actions taken by Tradeview to recover capital from debit accounts, is part of a coordinated campaign by a group of traders led by Onyeka Alimele of Flatbook. This group profited significantly by exploiting arbitrage opportunities during a period of high market volatility, taking opposing positions that generated profits in some accounts while creating losses and negative balances in others at Tradeview. The Tradeview Customer Agreement clearly states that clients must maintain adequate margin and are liable for any debit balance. Tradeview did not take any client funds from this group—not a single cent. In fact, we returned money to many of these clients and entered into settlement and release agreements with many of them. What was recovered was only a portion of Tradeview's own capital tied to their negative balances. These traders are not victims—they are unhappy because their contractual obligations were enforced.
