I've been working with a broker for a long time. After I upgraded to Silver, my commissions dropped by 0.1 points, and I was given a trading guide. However, the calculation for "number of lots traded" in the upgrade requirements was a bit vague. I clearly traded 50 lots, but the system showed 48. I had to contact customer service to verify the information. Overall, it's pretty good.
