I'm a bit disappointed. The "other fees" section in my account statement is never detailed. Last time, I was charged $50. After a long search, I couldn't figure out why. Customer service said it was an "account management fee," but there was no mention of such a fee when I opened the account. Later, I found it tucked away in the agreement, in tiny print, seemingly intentionally hidden. These unexplained charges are incredibly annoying. Now, every time I check my account statement, I have to take a screenshot for proof, lest I get charged again.
