They're able to explain basic questions like how to use the software and deposit and withdrawal procedures. However, when you ask more complex questions, like how to combine wave theory with platform indicators or whether arbitrage strategies are feasible, they're a bit vague, either giving you no clear explanation or sending you some general information. This could be improved.
