On April 20th, the price on crude oil was volatile, though I bought long successfully, the platform showed that the trading was unavailable. On 23rd, I received the email, being informed that the platform hadn’t reflected the negative price. Thus, $18820 was withheld compulsorily. Why should I bear the losses?

平台不能正常设止损，无法平仓，现在强制扣款

2020年4月20日，油价波动，买入油价多单成功后，平台显示无法交易，导致交易无法设止损和平仓，今天4月23日收到邮件，说是平台没有反映基础市场的负值价位，要按当日的收盘价来结算，强行了扣USD-18820，我账户保证金足够，平台原因不能正常交易，凭什么我负责亏损
