페퍼스톤 계정을 만들고 직불카드로 입금했는데 모든 것이 잘 작동하는 것 같았습니다. 그런데 최근에 그 직불카드와 그 번호를 잃어버려 취소를 하게 되었는데, 이제는 잃어버린 그 직불카드만 사용해야 하고, 은행이나 비자에서도 그 번호를 줄 수 없기 때문에 더 이상 돈을 인출할 수 없습니다. 다른 카드를 등록하면 돈을 보내려면 내가 잃어버린 카드여야 한다고 합니다! 누구나 쉽게 풀 수 있는 플라스틱 조각. 저는 이미 다른 브로커들과 이런 종류의 문제를 겪었지만, 다른 새 카드로 입금하면 더 이상 문제 없이 문제가 해결되었습니다! 하지만 페퍼스톤은 그렇지 않습니다. 지원을 해주기로 되어 있는데 며칠이 지났는데도 해결된 게 하나도 없네요. 그리고 거기에 좋은 자본이 남아 있는데 어떻게 해야 합니까? 이 문제를 곧 해결하고 Pepperstone을 브로커로 계속 추천할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Lost Debit Card Halts Withdrawals: Broker Policy Puzzle

I created my Pepperstone account, deposited with my debit card and everything seemed to be working fine. But recently I lost that debit card and it's number, so I canceled, and now I can't withdraw money anymore because I have to use that debit card only that I lost and neither my bank or Visa can hand me that number. Register another card and they tell me that it has to be that card that I lost to send me the money! A piece of plastic that anyone can easily loose. I had already had this type of problems with other brokers, but depositing with another new card solved the problem with no further issue! but not with Pepperstone. They are supposed to be giving me support, but it's been a few days and I haven't seen anything resolved. And I have good capital retained there, what can I do? Hope i can solve soon this issue and keep recommending Pepperstone as broker.
