2주 전에 RoboForex에 입금했는데, 지금 출금하려고 하는데 안 됩니다.
고객 서비스 차원에서도 도움을 주려는 것 같지 않고, 그냥 미리 입력된 답변만 옵니다.
"환불 불가"라는 댓글, 은행에서 입금 거부, 또는 브로커가 출금 수수료를 청구하는 경우는 본 적도 들어본 적도 없습니다.
은행에 연락해 봤지만 "환불 불가"라는 댓글은 들어본 적도 없고, 입금은 거부하지 않을 거라고 했습니다.
신용카드 지원 서비스에 문의해 보라고 했는데, 같은 답변을 듣고 제가 회사 탓이라고 했습니다.
결제한 카드를 환불 옵션으로 선택할 수도 없습니다.

I was unable to withdraw
i have deposited money on RoboForex 2 weeks ago and now i'd like to withdraw it and they won't let me.
They're not trying to help either on a Customer Service level,, alll i'm getting are classic pre-typed replies.
Never have i seen or heard about a "Do not honor" comment, a bank refusing incoming money or a broker claiming fees on a withdrawal.
I tried to contact my bank and they told me they never heard about that "Do not honor" comment either and that they wouldn't refuse an incoming money transfer.
They told me to contact the Credit Card support service and they told me the same, and that i was the company's fault.
I can't even select the card i paid with as the refund option
