Their salesperson used printed "SC registration screenshots" to sell me their account, claiming it was "safe and secure." I fell for it and deposited money into the EUR/MYR market. After only making a profit of RM16,000, my account was locked due to "abnormal trading patterns." Customer service said I needed to pay a 20% "risk margin" to unlock my account. I scraped together RM34,000 and paid it, but I still couldn't access my account. Others who were scammed like me have had as much as RM250,000 frozen. This unlicensed platform should be shut down by the Bank of Japan (BNM). Losing your entire principal due to inability to complete your mission is a clear attempt to legally plunder customer funds.
