Their tone was as warm and casual as a chat, guiding me step by step. Last time, I inexplicably added points to my account, and Headway customer service even called to explain it was a promotional bonus, as they worried I might have a system error. My neighbor can be a bit forgetful, though, and I have to explain the same questions again the next time I ask them. It would be much more considerate if they could remember the experiences of returning customers.
