내 트레이딩 계정이 비활성화되었습니다.
하지만 미결제 포지션이 있어 아무것도 할 수 없고, 그냥 제 돈 💰이 사라지는 걸 지켜보고 있을 뿐입니다. 포지션을 종료하려고 했지만 시스템이 허용하지 않았습니다. 하지만 제 계정에서 61.59$가 단순히 수수료로 계속해서 차감되고 있습니다.
1. 트레이딩이 비활성화되었습니다,
2. P2P 입금이 차단되었습니다,
3. 자금 이체를 위한 Deriv x 계정도 표시되지 않습니다,
4. Deriv x 시스템에 오류가 있지만 제 계정에서 돈이 차감되고 있습니다.
웹사이트 로그인과 WhatsApp을 통해 여러 번 고객 센터에 연락했지만 아무런 조치가 없습니다.

My trading account was disabled.
but I have open positions and can’t do anything, I am just simply watching my money 💰 going, I tried to close the position but system was not allowing me to do it But my money keep getting debited 61.59$ from my account simply as charges
1. Trading was disabled,
2. P2P deposit was blocked,
3. Not even showing Deriv x account for fund transfer,
4. Error in Deriv x system but debiting money from my account.
Contacted customer care few times through my login in website and WhatsApp but nothing still.
