To properly investigate the issue, please send official documents proving that you are an IB, along with evidence of the client's deposit and trading activity.
Kindly email all the details to info@stptrading.io so our team can follow up and resolve the matter.
Please note that a screenshot alone, especially one that could belong to a demo account, is not sufficient to verify IB status.
