And they sent a document for thi s. And so I sent this document and forwarded it to them both via e-mail and WhatsApp, and they made it possible to withdraw money on o ur portal.Then they asked me to create a withdrawal request via TRC20 and said that the money would be transferred to the account within 5 business days.
