No, XLibre is not regulated. Personally, I find that a lack of regulation raises some red flags. Without regulatory oversight, there's no external body ensuring the broker's operations are fair and that my funds are protected. This makes me cautious when dealing with unregulated brokers, as the safety of my investments could be at risk.
