Ho provato a prelevare il mio deposito da ottobre 2024 e non me l'hanno restituito, nonostante il mio account sia verificato e abbia inviato tutti i documenti richiesti. Hanno anche il peggior servizio clienti, non ti spiegano il motivo del tempo che ci vuole. Il 7 gennaio 2025 hanno preso una parte come tassa di inattività mentre la mia richiesta di prelievo è ancora in fase di elaborazione e il 3 febbraio 2025 hanno preso il resto come seconda tassa di inattività. Questo broker è pieno di truffe, sia nel trading che nel servizio clienti. Consiglierei ai trader di stare lontani da questo broker.

Worst broker

I have tried to withdraw my deposit since October 2024 and they didn’t give it back knowing that my account is verified I sent all documents they asked for. They also have the worst customer service they don’t explain to you the reason of the time it is taking. On January 7th, 2025. They have taken a part of it as inactivity fee while my withdrawal request is still processing and on February 3rd,2025 they took the rest as the second inactivity fee. This broker is full of scam from trading on it till its customer service I would recommend traders to stay away from this broker.
