MexGroup deducted me 360 USD

On March 13, 2018, I applied for withdrawals on MexGroup. On the 25th, I found that the platform deducted me $360. I asked the online customer service, who said that I have not operated foreign exchange for six months, so they have to deduct $360 fund custodian fee. This $360 was deducted by the platform on March 25, 18. However, I have withdrawn at 18.3.13, 17.12.28, 17.09.08, 17.08.15, and 17.07.24, so I obviously have operated on the platform. But they still deducted me 360 dollars, is this reasonable? Please help me.
