Dopo uno short trade positivo sull'AUDCAD il 20 aprile, il 22 aprile è stato eseguito un trailing stop errato (vedi foto). Il problema è stato segnalato poche ore dopo, purtroppo senza feedback finora positivi. Il danno che ne deriva attualmente ammonta a circa 600 euro. Faccio trading da diversi anni e questo pattern di errore non è raro, ma altri broker risolvono il segnale sbagliato ( resettare il prezzo iniziale) in pochi minuti e lo scambio è di nuovo in carreggiata. Ogni minuto conta nel mercato azionario e un supporto così scarso è un tradimento della fiducia.

No support after misexecuted trailing stop

After a previously positive AUDCAD short trade on April 20th, a faulty trailing stop was executed on April 22nd (see photo). The problem was reported a few hours later, unfortunately without positive feedback so far.The resulting damage currently amounts to around 600 euros.I've been trading for several years and this error pattern is not uncommon, but other brokers fix the wrong signal (reset to start price) within minutes and the trade is back on track. Every minute counts in the stock market andsuch poor support is a betrayal of trust.
