Handelskontonummer: 23469 Ich bin ein Kunde, der derzeit auf der YWO-Plattform handelt. Während meiner Forex Handelsaktivitäten habe ich alle Geschäfte in voller Übereinstimmung mit den Regeln und Vorschriften der Plattform ausgeführt. Am 17. April 2024 habe ich jedoch festgestellt, dass die Plattform einseitig Gewinne in Höhe von 4.058,55 USD von meinem Handelskonto entfernt hat, ohne klare Benachrichtigung oder vernünftige Erklärung. Alle meine Trades wurden rechtmäßig durchgeführt, ohne jegliche Form von Betrug oder Verstoß gegen die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Die einseitige Anpassung meines Kontostands durch die Plattform, ohne konkrete Beweise vorzulegen, stellt einen Mangel an Transparenz dar und hat meine Rechte und Interessen ernsthaft beeinträchtigt. Wenn dieses Problem nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst wird, werde ich: Eine Beschwerde bei den zuständigen Finanzaufsichtsbehörden einreichen; Diese Angelegenheit öffentlich bekannt geben, um meine legitimen Rechte und Interessen zu schützen.

YWO platform canceled all profits without explanat

I am a client currently trading on the YWO platform. During my forex trading activities, I have executed all trades in full compliance with the platform’s rules and regulations. However, on April 17, 2024, I discovered that the platform had unilaterally removed profits from my trading account in the amount of $4,058.55, without any clear notification or reasonable explanation. All of my trades were conducted legitimately, without any form of fraud or violation of the terms and conditions. The platform’s unilateral adjustment of my account balance without providing concrete evidence is a lack of transparency and has seriously affected my rights and interests. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will: File a complaint with the relevant financial regulatory authorities; Publicly disclose this matter to protect my legitimate rights and interests.
