Ich habe vor 2 Wochen Geld auf RoboForex eingezahlt und möchte es jetzt abheben, aber sie lassen mich nicht. Ich habe die Neteller/Binance-Methode verwendet, und sie wurde abgelehnt. Ich habe die Visa/Mastercard-Rückerstattungsmethode verwendet, abgelehnt, sie sagten mir, ich solle meine Bank kontaktieren, wie erwähnt, sie akzeptieren es nicht! Ich habe die Bank kontaktiert, und sie sagten mir, sie hätten noch nie von diesem "Nicht akzeptieren"-Kommentar gehört und dass sie eine eingehende Geldüberweisung nicht ablehnen würden. Ich habe die Visa/Mastercard-Methode verwendet (wobei ich eine neue Visa/Mastercard autorisieren muss) und 0,1 USD eingezahlt, aber es wird abgelehnt! (Ich habe nur eine Mastercard! Ich habe oft gehandelt, mit Mastercard eingezahlt und Gewinn gemacht!)

I have deposited money on RoboForex 2 weeks ago and now i'd like to withdraw it and they won't let me. I used neteller/binance method and its rejected. I used visa/mastercard refund method, rejected, they told me contact your bank as mentioned do not honor! I contacted bank they told me they never heard about that "Do not honor" comment either and that they wouldn't refuse an incoming money transfer. I used visa/mastercard method, ( which i have to authorize new visa/mastercard) and deposit 0.1 usd but it getting declined! (I have only mastercard! , i have traded many times, deposited with mastercard and made profit!
