Ich habe wie gewöhnlich XAUUSD gehandelt, und mitten am Tag hat Roboforex plötzlich die Goldmärkte geschlossen. Jetzt stecke ich in einem Trade fest, den ich nicht mehr kontrollieren kann, und ich habe keine Ahnung, wie lange das noch dauern wird. Hat jemand in der Vergangenheit ähnliches Verhalten erlebt und Glück mit dem Support bei solchen Problemen gehabt? Im Moment hoffe ich, dass es nur eine technische Schwierigkeit ist und dass sie eventuelle Verluste ausgleichen werden, falls welche entstehen, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher.

I was trading XAUUSD as usual, and in the middle of the day, Roboforex suddenly closed the Gold markets. Now I’m stuck in a trade that I can’t control anymore, and I have no idea how long this will last. Has anyone experienced similar behavior in the past and had any luck with support on these issues? For now, I’m hoping it’s just a technical difficulty and that they will compensate for any losses if they occur, but I’m not sure.
