Ich hatte 2 Kaufaufträge (#31924738 & #31925720), mein Take-Profit-Touch funktionierte nicht und mein Auftrag wurde bei Stopp-Loss geschlossen, wie Sie um 14:30:00 sehen, aber er sollte in der vorherigen Kerze um 14:29:00 schließen, was auf technische Probleme bei Markets4You auf meinem Konto hinweist. Ich hatte erneut 2 Verkaufsaufträge (#31944826 & #31944832), mein Take-Profit-Touch funktionierte nicht, aber meine Aufträge wurden erneut nicht geschlossen!! Zu diesem Zeitpunkt kontaktierte ich den Online-Chat, um das Problem zu beheben, aber nach einer Stunde im Online-Chat sagten sie, ich solle uns eine E-Mail senden und mein Auftrag ging in den Verlust. Ich schickte eine E-Mail und wieder passierte nichts.

i had 2 buy order (#31924738 & #31925720 )my Take profit touch but did not work and my order close at Stopp Loss and as you see at 14:30:00 but it should close in previous candle at 14:29:00 that show markets4you technicalities problems on my account. i had 2 Sell order again ( # 31944826 & #31944832 ) my Take profit touch but my orders did not closed again !! at that time i contact with online chat to correct it but after 1hours i were on online chat they say you should send an email to us and my order go to loss ,i send email and nothing happened again
